Posting Skinny Pics

 

What a great feeling to be getting back into some of these clothes.  We are going shopping tonight though.  Most of the tops I have are too large and sloppy looking and many of them have lost their elasticity due to being s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out of shape for so long.  They didn’t look like that when I was filling them out but now, now you can see they have no stretch left in ‘em. 

So here’s a picture Gilbert took of me last evening.  I haven’t worn this skirt for three years and the reason I kept it…it is from Talbot’s.  I just couldn’t give away some of the better clothing that I had outgrown as I always had that desire to fit back into it.  I’m so glad now I kept some of them.

 

seven weeks 1And now you have a great view of our kitchen where so many wonderful creations take place.  We both love to cook and we are not shy about eating.  Do you suppose that might be why we gained the weight?  One would think, but really we haven’t changed the way we eat.  We just have no desire to snack and we are satisfied, way satisfied, like we can’t eat any more satisfied with half the portions we used to eat.

MEASURING AGAIN

What an exciting journey.

One thing I am not….not very good at remembering how I figured out something the week before.  I really have no idea how I got those charts to show up on here.  So my good friends, if you will bear with me, I will simply update my numbers for you.  Open-mouthed smile
It’s been an exciting couple of weeks with lots and lots of people giving us their stories on BiosLife Slim.  It is the most exciting product I have ever come across.  To be all natural and do so many different things from extreme healthy weight loss to astounding cholesterol lowering effects, to diabetics calling me and being so happy they are giddy.  All these things from one amazing natural product. 
So here are the measurement stats.
The weight is now 145.6 and still have that 10.5 lbs. gone and the inches this week stayed the same at 22 gone.  I am not disappointed or anxious.  I know my body will take care of itself the way it knows how to do.  I’m thinking this is the week it wants to lower some of those internal fats.  I know this.  For the past couple of years when I have used the treadmill my setting at the highest was 2.5 incline and 3.8 for speed.  Any faster than that and my heart rate was way out of whack.  Now I am doing intervals.  Warm up for 5-7 minutes at 3.0 and then run like the dickens for 1.5 minutes at a speed of SIX!!  Then back down to 2.5 for sixty seconds and run like the dickens at SIX for one and half minutes.  Do that six times with incline at 2.5 still.  It is a GREAT workout and keeps me in the fat burning zone physically for most of the day.  That is VERY exciting to me to be able to accomplish this.   So it’s not ALL about weight and inches.  My resting heart rate is down from 90 to 70 and my B/P was 107/65 yesterday a.m.  WOOT!!! 
Someone made the suggestion I should tell exactly what supplements I am personally using.
Taking the BiosLife Slim G three times per day before meals
Taking one Quad Plex Shake or Lean Complete (both from Unicity) at least once per day most days and sometimes two per day. Mix these with lots of goodies.  Yogurt, nuts, pineapple, milk, seeds, any kind of frozen fruit or berries except bananas (way high on the glycemic index) peanut butter.  Adding ingredients to your shakes will keep you satisfied much longer than just a shake.
Two capsules per day of Omega Life 3 (fish oil supplements) from Unicity
Two separate servings of LiFiber into my Bioslim before the two largest meals. 
I did not start out with this variety of products but have learned about them since starting and felt they were excellent replacements for things I was using similar to this but a different brand.  Decided I would buy from my own Franchise, smart idea, that is, eh?
So there you have it.  I don’t have any current picture to post.  I forgot to have hubby photo me on Sunday when I wore my skinny clothes and was kind of dressed up.  There will be some coming.  Plus I will post the really awful ones too sometime in Dec.  accccckkkkk!!!!   Putting myself out on the line there.  Have a wonderful week, enjoy the journey, let your body in it’s wisdom create the new you in it’s own time frame.  Don’t rush it.   Angel

A Sticky Subject

Sean has long been a favorite of mine…Enjoy.

So many of you have been telling me that you are very happy with your big accomplishments in the morning since starting your BiosLife Slim.  YES!!! That is very good news. ITS NOT A DIET

Here’s a picture of my salad lunch I made the other day.  That is avocado and swiss cheese peeking out under the tomato.

I am having so much fun sharing the news about Bios Life Slim.  And what terrific stories we are getting back.  It is so rewarding to know that lives can be changed within days.  I just have to tell people about this.  It’s like Owen from the Bahamas told us.  “If you know about this and you don’t tell people, it’s the same as if you are responsible for their death.  You have the obligation to tell people about this.  Let them make the decision but please don’t be negligent is letting them know about it.” ~~

GT says he is now down five pounds and very happy about that.  He is looking thinner so the inches are starting to go away too.  But you know guys; they can’t take the time to measure.  But you can see it, oh yes you can. Winking smile
R. from the East coast called me this a.m. SO excited.  She JUST started on the Slim G on Wednesday this week and in only two days, her doctor has already taken away a 1/2 a pill that she was taking for diabetes.  She is excited about the prospect of getting off more of those meds.


Pete from Wausau told us in two months he has lost 11 pounds and three and a half inches.  His sugar numbers have been stable and they stay around 100 now.  He used to be on five pills to get it to do that.


Joyce from Wausau, another type 2 diabetic she hasn’t been on pills and has tried controlling her diabetes with diet but wasn’t doing such a good job as it stayed about 127 and now after two months of Bio Slim her sugar levels stay around 105 and makes her doctor a whole lot happier.  Her blood pressure was always running dangerously high at 270/135 and heart rate of 135.  Now her pressure is 150/52.


Sharon from Merrill, WI.  says she didn’t weigh or measure but knows her clothes are fitting better and thinks she has lost about five lbs. in two weeks and finds she is eating less already.


MY PROGRESS  Those size 8’s I was joyful about last posting….they are too baggy to look nice.  What?? Yes indeed.  On Monday I was down 2.5 more inches and one more pound.  The way my clothes are fitting I know Monday is going to be a pleasant surprise.

Fitting into smaller clothes

Oh this is SO much fun.  I kind of forgot that I even had these jeans in my drawer.  But the top three pairs I’ve been grabbing are now too baggy looking to look nice.  So I threw them in the give away pile.  What’s this??  Ah, I forgot about these.  These cute bells that I bought in Jan 2009 when I was out in Palm Springs.  I didn’t get much use out of them.  Sad smile   But they were so happy to get out of the drawer and into the sunlight yesterday.  Rolling on the floor laughingSo I just had to take a picture of the tag and also the “ahem” derriere to show you that they fit.  I’m not poured into them they just fit nicely.  Now that’s worthy of the Gratitude Dance.

oh what fun

It’s such a great feeling to be helping people with change their lives.  There are now fifteen new people that have joined me in the endeavor to change their blood level numbers and also to lose the inches and pounds.  We are all having fun watching our numbers change.  So it’s been a busy couple of weeks and now I want to post some of those changes.

My name is Donna Sanchez. I want to share with you my results after using the BiosLife Slim product for just two weeks.

I received my Bioslife Slim on October 10, 2011. I have my cholesterol tested every year. For the past three years my total cholesterol has gone up.

I started with a new doctor this year and because she was concerned about my numbers consistently rising she wanted to have me tested more frequently. I had my first test with her taken on June 15, 2011 and then she wanted to test it again in October.

My sister-in-law told me about BiosLife Slim and told me to watch the videos on www.pgdnews.com Since I knew this blood test was coming up I wanted to get started with the BiosLife Slim right away and had them expedite the shipping so I could get started.

My Bioslife Slim arrived on October 10th, 2011. I immediately opened the box and mixed up my shake right away with my next meal. So that was the beginning. I used the Bioslife Slim twice a day and had my appointment on October 19th, 2011 to have that cholesterol checked again.

Here’s my stats from June 15-Oct 19th for the blood work I had done.

Total Cholesterol on June 15 was 233, on October 19 it was down to 205

HDL’s on June 15 were 88 and on October 19 it went up to 94 which is a GOOD thing.

LDL’s which is the lethal kind on June 15th was 135 and on October 19 it had dropped to 99 which is now in the normal range.

My doctor and I are both so excited about this. I didn’t change anything I did for eating or even exercise because I injured my back. I strongly feel the good results were from using BiosLife Slim. I can hardly wait to see what the next test will bring.
